SENDING A GROUP LETTER (via e-mail)...

1.  You must be a HomeSpun Yahoo! Group member to submit a letter to the Members Social. (To become a member, please Join HomeSpun. It's FREE! :)

2.  Please include (for HomeSpun's records) your First & Last Names, your Geographical Location (province/state, country), and your HomeSpun Yahoo! Groups E-mail Address. HomeSpun will never intentionally share your personally identifying information with any third parties without your consent, unless ordered to do so by law. If you reply to a Members Social letter (as per below), we will forward your e-mail address to the member you requested.

3.  In your letter, please include (a) your "HomeSpun" interests (hobbies/activities/interests), and (b) what you would like to get out of the Group. Other than that, please tell us about *you*, your home life and anything else you like! :)

4.  If you *DO NOT* wish to make New Friends, please indicate in your Group letter that you are "Just Saying Hi". Otherwise, any replies to your letter will be forwarded to you via Suzy Homemaker. Whether you choose to return any such replies, will solely be at your own discretion. Please e-mail Suzy ASAP if you wish to update your "Interested in Friends" status.

5.  For your own safety and privacy, your full name and e-mail address will not be published. Your letter will be distributed to the group, via HomeSpun. We will publish your first name, last name initial, geographical location and other details you provide in your letter.

6.  Suzy Homemaker reserves the right to edit your letter.

7.  Only letters containing appropriate content will be eligible for publication. Letters will be published in the HomeSpun Newsletter & may also be published here at HomeSpunFun.com .

REPLYING TO A GROUP LETTER (via e-mail)...

Please indicate the name of the person to whom you are replying AND the date of the Members Social issue in which the letter was published. To be eligible to reply:

1.  You must be a HomeSpun Yahoo! Group member to reply to a Members Social letter. (To become a member, please Join HomeSpun. It's FREE! :)

2.  You must include a letter to the Group, if you have not previously sent a Group Letter. (See Sending a Group Letter above.)

3.  Send your letter to: 

Please Note: The person to whom you are replying (a) must still be a member, and (b) must be interested in making New Friends. Your letter will be sent only once to the other member, and it will be up to him/her to reply at his/her own discretion. Please respect the wishes of the other member(s) you contact.
